Carly is a skilled tattoo artist hailing from Frederick, Maryland. With over three years of experience in the industry, she has honed her expertise in the art of black and gray tattooing. Her unique talent lies in creating creepy and macabre tattoo designs, but she is open to bringing custom designs to life. Carly is constantly expanding her skill set, always eager to learn and grow as an artist. 

Carly’s hours are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 12pm – 8pm.
